Getting Back in the Groove

Today.  7:15 faculty meeting.  Snow warnings.  District wants us out of the school by 2.  As one of the two teachers in my school that has to rotate I don't usually get into my room until 1:30ish.  Problem.  I cannot set up my room in 30 minutes.  Guess I'm going to have to work this weekend... :'(

On a lighter note, I ended up getting most of my stuff moved in to the room during lunch.  Then the teacher whose class is going off track graciously let me come hang stuff up while they did an activity.  I was hanging up my multiplication monsters and one of the boys shouted, "Wow!  You are great at decorating!"  I laughed.  Really hard.  There's nothing like an innocent child making you feel better about yourself with just one sentence! :0)
